Henry Chan graduated at Baylor University with a BA majoring in Biology, Premed and minoring in Photojournalism and Chemistry. He is now striving to achieve an MIJ, Masters in International Journalism at Baylor University, and an officer position in the US Army through the university's ROTC program.

With a point and shoot 35mm camera he had bought with Christmas money, Henry had started experimenting with photography.

In the eight years of experience he has in photography so far, he has been a photographer and photo editor for The Baylor Lariat.Shortly after, Henry worked as a photographer at the Baylor Marketing and Communications Department (Public Relations/Baylor Photography).

No matter using a $9000 SLR or a $5 cardboard disposable camera, Henry strives to juice the emotions and atmosphere by capturing it on his digital or film medium.
